Serve as a Scrum Master for one of the 2 ECDC (Enhancing Customer Data Capability) teams under manager
Generated a custom report, using Version One, on backlog item and feature data, while also creating a formula to calculate lead-time on the items
Provide metrics – velocity, cycle time, burndown charts – to the team and manager, then utilizing them in Sprint and PI Planning
Schedule and facilitate Scrum activities such as Daily Standup, PI and Sprint Planning Events, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements
Assist the CDS (Common DatanService) team in project management tasks in VersionOne, PPM, and Agile Activities

Serve as the website’s “Gameday Coverage Lead” for pre-game and post-game media-sanctioned events in the form of press conferences and locker room availabilities
Assist the Site Manager in editing staff writers’ articles and pushing them live, coordinating weekly content schedules for the website, and facilitating ideas among the staff
Write 15-20 articles per month pertaining to gameday coverage and opinionated features, which includes interviews, player analysis, and speculation
Co-host and produce a weekly 30-minute podcast called “The Core 4”

Completed and edited between 50-70 articles per month that contain opinions, analysis and NBA news
Attended media-restricted events such as post-practice and pre-game availability and press conferences
Operated social media platforms for the website, with a Facebook page with 1,024 likes and a Twitter page with 12.6K tweets/2,211 followers/1,741 likes
Set website record in page views (109,852 and 117,411) for consecutive months

Beta Theta Pi Fraternity

Currently serve as the chapter’s Recruitment Advisor where I guide the chapter’s active Recruitment Chairmen in the various recruitment activities – including spring, summer, and formal recruitment.
Served on the chapter’s executive board for two year-long terms (one as Recruitment Chairman, and one as Secretary – Vice President of Communications – 2017 and 2018)
Organized formal recruitment and summer recruitment events, signed a 75-man pledge class for fall recruitment
Administrated a Google Sheet document with over 150 names and phone numbers of potential new members for the recruitment team to contact
Maintained and updated a chapter roster of 150 members
Wrote the minutes and took attendance for chapter meetings
Formed and collaborated on a “Senior Incentive Program” for members that stayed active all throughout college tenure
Worked with the Vantine Composites to create the 2018-19 fraternity composite
